Nordic Walking basic lessons for all
If you have never tried Nordic walking and want to learn the proper technique of the walk, come to our lesson basis. Ques'appuntamento is also useful for those who have already practiced this discipline with the outputs in the company but have found no physical benefits. Nordic walking is certainly an exciting activity because it can be done in the company, but the real benefits can be achieved with a correct technique that can only be achieved with the teaching of qualified instructors certified by recognized ANWI dall'INWA (World recognized Nordic walking).

Routes - Hiking - Blessed Mariano - Morrone
Easy ride for everyone, which in part follows the Way of the Cross that Roccacasale comes to the Blessed Mary. At the village of
Roccacasale (should park your car before taking the climb), you can walk on the main road uphill and then turn left (just around a curve) and begins to climb up the first asphalt and then on a dirt road. Follow the dirt road until you reach an intersection with a clear path to the left that cuts through the dirt. When the path crosses the dirt road again the following for a few meters before starting on the right path this time (here is the only stretch a bit more complex than can be avoided by following the dirt road), then you cross the dirt road again but continue to the path.
