Sport, health and nature, in fact, were the result of a meeting between Ancona and Marche Biomethica Nordic Walking ANWI, who espoused the idea of \u200b\u200ba weekend (the past) in the ideal of the Monte Conero, to enjoy all those who were lucky enough to intervene, an example of direct contact with our body. Well yes, our Nordic Walking has the opportunity to those who have contributed to our demonstration lesson, to understand what it means to set in motion many of your muscles body and feel good after a nice walk with the now famous poles.
